Welcome to our online store! At Villenel Fragrances, we ensure that your order is shipped safely, reliably, and as quickly as possible. This page explains our shipping practices clearly and transparently.


2. Shipping Areas

  • All orders are shipped from Finland.

  • We deliver to all EU countries, excluding:

    • Ireland

    • Greek islands

    • Spanish islands (e.g., Canary Islands, Balearic Islands)

    • Italian islands (e.g., Sicily, Sardinia)

  • If your delivery address is located in an area we do not ship to, the system will notify you at checkout or we will contact you to find an alternative solution.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete.


3. Delivery Times

  • Orders containing in-stock items are typically shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery within the EU usually takes 3–8 business days after dispatch.

  • If any delays occur (e.g., stock issues or special orders), we will notify you by email.

  • Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are determined based on the destination country and the selected delivery method.

  • All shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment.


5. Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • We ship with trusted carriers:
    GLS, PostNord, and Budbee.

  • All GLS shipments are picked up on Tuesdays.

  • Delivery is available to parcel pickup points, depending on the carrier and your location.

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • You can track your shipment through the carrier’s own tracking system.


6. Delivery Issues

  • If your parcel is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us at:

  • Please inspect the package upon delivery.

  • If the parcel or product is damaged, contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.


7. Returns & Exchanges

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we cover return shipping costs and send a replacement at no additional cost.

  • In other cases, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
