Orders containing in-stock items are typically shipped within 1–3 business days.
Delivery within the EU usually takes 2–8 business days after dispatch.
If any delays occur (e.g., stock issues or special orders), we will notify you by email.

Shipping costs are determined based on the destination country and the selected delivery method.
All shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment.
Orders over €200 qualify for free shipping.
Free shipping within Finland.
5. Shipping Methods & Tracking
We ship with trusted carriers: GLS, PostNord, and Budbee.
All GLS shipments are picked up on Tuesdays.
Delivery is available to parcel pickup points or home delivery whenever possible, depending on the carrier and your location.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number by email.
You can track your shipment through the carrier’s own tracking system.

Please inspect the package upon delivery.
If the parcel or product is damaged, contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
